Privacy Policy — Product Feed for ChatGPT Ads

What we collect

When you install the app we store: your shop domain, your product catalog data (titles, descriptions, prices, images, availability) read via the Shopify API, the feed settings you configure, and the SFTP connection details you provide for your OpenAI Ads Manager feed.

What we never collect

We do not read, store, or process any customer personal data. No customer names, emails, addresses, or order details ever reach our systems — the app requests product and inventory scopes only.

How we protect your credentials

SFTP passwords and keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. They are used exclusively to deliver your product feed to the SFTP endpoint that OpenAI Ads Manager assigned to you, and they are deleted immediately when you uninstall the app.

Where your data goes

Your product catalog is formatted into a feed file and delivered to OpenAI's servers using the connection you configured — that is the app's entire purpose. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. Data is hosted on Fly.io in the United States.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes your SFTP credentials immediately and stops all syncing. Shop data is removed in line with Shopify's data-deletion webhooks. For manual deletion requests, contact us.
